The Lower Town Arts & Music Festival is all about the artists. We’re looking for the gems in our area who create truly unique art. Whether you’ve been doing art festivals for decades or never participated in one before, if your art is fantastic, we want to hear from you. Our festival focuses on the amazing and creative folks that live in our region (approximately 350 mile radius of Paducah, KY) and showcases their tremendous talent. In turn, we draw visitors from much farther away who want to know what kinds of artistic talent comes out of our region! Surveys at the festival last year documented guests from more than 200 different zip codes!
