BEER & WINE

(just a quick suggestion… bring some cash for beer and wine sales… we take plastic but cash really speeds thing up… thanks!)

The 2019 Festival Beer:

($6/glass)

Schlafly Beer is returning to the Festival this year! We loved introducing Paducah to this great St. Louis brewery many years ago and it’s fitting that they should be back with us as we celebrated “Ten-aciously!”

Our own local favorites Dry Ground Brewing Co. (who will be bringing another Festival-themed beer this year) and Paducah Beer Werks will be there as well, tapping some choice cold brews just for you!

Here’s the line-uplist – with brew style and taste profile:

DRY GROUND BREWING

37 Flood (American IPA – light citrus blooming into full mouth hoppiness)
Tilt (IPA with Grapefruit – biting, resiny grapefruit dissipating into mild bitterness)
Rapture (Imperial Stout – notes of spicy iced coffee and hints of star anise and blackstrap molasses)
Dollie the Mule (Hazy IPA – orange and marmalade with a slight hop bite)
Uncle Luther (ESB – starts sweet with a dry finish)

PADUCAH BEER WERKS

Downtown Brown Ale
The Dude Pilsner
Irish Red
Orange Blossom Ale

SCHLAFLY

Summer Lager – (a bright golden lager that imparts fresh grain characters and a spicy, lemony flavor)
Oatmeal Stout – (smooth and clightly sweet, with just enough bitterness and hops to balance out the richenss of the roasted malt)
Raspberry Hefeweizen (a true fruit beer fermeneted with real raspberries for a flavor that’s neat and tart, and full of citrus aromas)
Brown Ale
IPA – (tropical flavors and subtle notes of citrus)
Northeast IPA (As hazy as a squall off the coast, this beer captivates the tongue with a fruity and malty profile)
Kolsch (a slightly dry and subtly malty golden ale with delicate aromas and a clean crispy finish)
Coconut Crème Ale (a light colored beer fermented with coconuts and pineapple and aged on lightly toasted coconut flakes)

2019 Wine Selections:

($6/glass)

We will also be bringing some great regional wines to the Festival for you to enjoy. We will have Paducah favorite Purple Toad there as well as a new winery: Elk Creek from Owenton, Kentucky.

Purple Toad Winery

(selections to come)

Elk Creek Winery

Pinot Grigio – With its delicate aroma and taste of tropical fruit and citrus, our Pinot Grigio has a bright mid-palette and crisp, refreshing finish.

Merlot – Barrel aged in French Oak for 24 months, Our Elk Creek Merlot has a regal garnet color, tastes of rich plum, and soft, round tannins.

Riesling – Kentucky Blue Riesling is by far the best Riesling east of the Mississippi. This award winning wine comes in a beautiful blue bottle and is the top selling wine at Kentucky’s largest winery.
