- Pinecone Art Gallery & Studio (421 N. 7th St.) Resident Artist Char Downs will have her work for sale: sculpture, paintings, prints, cards, T-shirts, and the book “Then and Now: Lower Town, Paducah. Across from the Beer and Wine tent.
Closet 302 will be open (302 N. 7th St.). Antique store with an Eclectic blend of new, used and reused items, lots of handmade jewelry and Vintage clothing.
The current Artist-in-Residence at the A.I.R. Studio will have an open studio. Anita Giddings is a painter and Senior Lecturer at Herron School of Art and Design (IUPUI). Also, if you’re in Lower Town prior to the Festival, stop by to see painter Laurie Waite Fellner working at Air Studio (April 8-20), a former Murray State grad from New Jersey.
Round Oak Leather has contemporary, fine, hand-made leather work following the skills of the 1970’s Leather Artisans. One-of-a-kind bags, guitar straps, and small leather goods, located at the corner of 7th and Monroe.
